But seriously, this has the potential to get ugly.  The Chinese are already learning.  One blog post not self-censored = a knock at the door at 2am.

IPv6 brings technical improvements.  It also enables a unique identifier to be attached to each and every person.  A voluntary national, no international, ID card.  It&#039;s something we should think about.
